Isma’ila M. Zakari, BSc, FCA, FBR (Managing Partner)
A versatile and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant with sufficient working experience in the areas of Auditing and Investigation, Accounting and Management Control Systems, Financial Management, Corporate and Personal Tax Consulting, Banking and Management of small and medium scale manufacturing outfits.
Mr. Zakari is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He had a distinguished career with Sulaimon & Co. (Chartered Accountants), a Member Firm of Nexia International from 1987 to 1992 where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Tax Specialist. He later took up appointment with Meridian Equity Bank of Nigeria Limited where he acquired a working knowledge of Banking and Financial Management, before joining Everest Capital and Consulting Limited as a co-founder and Director. Mr. Zakari, a member of Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, is the Managing Partner in charge of Practice Development and is a specialist Corporate Tax Consultant. Shuaibu Ahmed, BSc, FCA, MBA, FCCA, ACTI, AMNIM (Senior Partner)
A Certified and Chartered Accountant with more than fifteen years post qualification experience. Mr. Ahmed has spent most of his working life in the private sector specializing in business set-ups and turnaround jobs. He trained with Akintola Williams and Co., Chartered Accountants, a Member Firm of Delloite Touché International and later with Opone Johnson & Co. Chartered Accountants. He has also served in the Public Sector as Special Adviser to the Governor of Bauchi State on Financial Matters (1999 – 2002), Commissioner of Budget & Planning (2002 – 2003 & 2003 -2006) and Secretary to the State Government of Bauchi State (2006 – 2007).

Najib Imam, BSc, ACA, ACTI (Partner)
Mr. Imam is a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) graduate from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Mr. Imam worked with Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc as a Credit Analyst and later Senior Analyst. He later worked with First Ventures Limited, a medium-sized trading company as Executive Director. He subsequently resigned his appointment to pursue professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant which he obtained in May 2001. He later joined the firm of Mukhtari Dangana & Co. Adetokunbo Tajudeen Oni, BSc, MBA, FCA
(Partner)
Mr. Oni is a highly experienced professional accountant in various areas of professional accounting practice.
He has acquired sufficient experience over the years in the areas of Auditing and Investigation, Accounting and Management Control Systems, Financial Management, Corporate and Personal Tax Consulting, Banking and Management of small and medium scale manufacturing outfits.
Mr. Oni is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University and MBA Degree from Bayero University Kano.He had a distinguished career with KPMG AUDIT. (Chartered Accountants), a Member Firm of KPMG International from 1992 to 1998 where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Tax Specialist. He joined Oni Idris and Co.
